Process of Mainland Setup
- Client has to give at least 5 to 10 trade names to be approved by DED.
- Initial approval of the company activity for the license.
- Memorandum of association (MOA) partnership agreement between the local and owner
- Submission of Documents and Trade License
- Issuance of Immigration / Establishment card
- Issuance of Labor Card
